This series uses modern technology to present animated historical episodes depicting occasions for reciting classical Arabic poetry and showcasing various styles in an exciting and enjoyable manner. The series covers wars, battles, famous poetry duels, descriptions of ancient trade routes, pilgrimage journeys, geographical landscapes, city descriptions, and poetry revolving around lineage pride, praise, love, and the stories surrounding these poems. Rico and Pika are two mischievous, light-hearted characters. Rico is smarter than Pika and the mastermind behind every adventure, often running into problems due to Pika’s lack of focus and his obsession with food. In each adventure, we see Rico and Pika trying to catch a clever bluefish that manages to outwit them, often relying on the assistance of a dog named Rex. (Promo video + still images)
